Aggressive casino heists are so full of bugs that, they are unplayable for me. 1: When we start, joined players get the camera bug right at the arcade. Heist over, people force close the game. 2: Explosives at the sewer wall or vault door fail to apply. Heist over 3: The carts for diamonds bug atleast two players, and we are frozen, cant move. The Diamond Casino Heist is a new heist job in GTA Online's Diamond Casino and Resort update. The casino heist is by far the most complicated heist GTA Online players have seen, but it offers some good ways to make a lot of money along the way.

I have done 1- 2 setups a day since they launched the DLC and I have learnt a few things that may help someone.
1st Planning Board: Casino Scope and Vault
Scope Out
There are 10 spots to get, most of them need the keypad and camera in the frame of pic others none. When you enter lobby take the pics there then take elevator to Roof Terrace to meet Yung Ancestor. He is needed for you to do patrol routes, when he rings answer and complete his silly mission. I haven't got all POIs because I have not been to the blueprints in Ms Baker's office, on her desk. You can then build a vault door in your nerve center for 900k. I do have it now. Also I have not panned all the cameras in the vault contents mission which i will do next time.
Vault Contents
You have to find a dude and scan his phone while following him. Using an Oppressor II makes it easy to spot him from approach but dont let him see you on bike before or after, finding him on foot is a bit harder but not bad and dont arm up either, just make sure he is close when you start hacking because he walks off. Casino Hacking
- Open your phone, go to bottom right app and launch.
- If the bar is below 1 go to the rear, near managers entrance in toilet next to it.
- BAR 1-2 the opposite side of managers area, 2 Big doors with keypad.
- Bar 2-3 The Inside track room.
- The opposite side of casino from inside track, just outside semi circle white room wall.
- Bar 3+ Behind the Cashier on left looking at from lobby.
- It will tell you to open app and cams come up.
Vault Cam
Cycle through theses slow loading cams until you find the vault, pan right and when Lester says what is inside you can leave and finish. I dont like cash, so if I get it, I ring Lester and cancel the heist losing the 25k initial cost. I've done it up to 3 times but it is still worth it to me not mashing away madly and losing lots in getaway.
Choose your Style
Silent and Sneaky
Hard to do and really hard if you get caught.
The Big Con
Easy to do with Grupp Secs gear entry and any Disguise leaving. Take stairs up from vault and use pause to see their cones of vision, get in behind and knock them out (dont shoot) then sneak into to laundry change and walk out.
Aggressive
Easy to do with good guns and all the 10 Dugan shipments completely killed. Enter through Sewer and leave shooting your way out. You can see that I have the Big Con active on hard, defined by the skull in the icon. When I refer to a Heli they are buzzards except for Dugan Shipments and are all guns only
2nd Planning Board Setup Support Crew
Choose your team 3 types of help. Guns Cars and Hacker.
You have to choose these before you can proceed further.
- Guns I use expert for Aggressive, lowest for big con and 7% or above for Sneaky.
- Cars I ONLY use lowest guy to get the sentinel classic car option in the set up start.
- Hacker I use the best I have for Big Con and Sneaky. Lowest For Aggressive cause it doesn't mater.
- Guns Choosing now between 2 types of weapons. Choose the one you like best.
- Cars Select this and choose Sentinel, it is all you need. When you have them in your garage get in each car car and you will see an option to upgrade it, at least bullet proof tyres. I only do 1 to full and remove livery to tell it apart.
- Hacker As I said above. 'I use the best I have for Big Con and Sneaky. Lowest For Agro cause it doesn't mater.'
3 Planning Board Missions
Now you have that sorted you have a lot of options to select from. Some are compulsory and others not. If it is your first time you should do them all. If it isn't your 1st , you dont need to do Patrol Routes again or Drills. as drills are for safety deposit boxes which i hardly ever get time to do unless I have 4 people.
A lot of players do not realise there are options within these options as well (like team options). You can choose types of Guns, Cars, Entry disguise, Exit disguise, Patrol routes and Security pass Level 1 or 2.
For each Type of Heist there are different options only for that type of Heist and others that you do for all types. I will start with the general ones first.
Aggressive
Thermal Charges
They are usually in a warehouse or Biker clubhouse with 3-4 guys out front and 6 or so inside to kill, medium to hard to live through solo and always 2 packages to collect. When you leave, 2 cars chase you and 2 helicopters a bit later, all are easy to run from if you are lucky.
Vault Explosives
There are 4 sites where they spawn:
- Elisian island this the easiest as you can park quite close to the search site.
- Palteo Bay hard to live through heli assault, I have 50/50 record of living.
- Catfish View hard again.
- Alamo Sea (where Valkerie is in Human labs heist) hard again.
All of these follow the same pattern. When you get there, kill 6 or so guys on land then a heli and 3 boats over the search site. Get changed into scuba gear and park your aircraft on an island or land close to search site. Swim down and find the 2 packages then you have a countdown to get to safety before the helis attack. You can find the other package later if you are solo.
If you are lucky you get away, the helis will still be there when you get back but if you die you are in big trouble. I call the Terrorbyte before I go down to site and if you are lucky you can get in and shoot them with it if they kill you. There are waves of 2 helis that show up each time you kill them and I have seen 3 waves and up to 6 waves come in.
Go away then come back when they are settled over search area and they are easier to kill. Once they are all dead you can collect package/s and go. I've done these solo without dying and you can run out of time if you die, but having 2 ppl makes it a lot easier.

GTA 5 Diamond Casino Heist Aggressive Prep Missions
Here, we will take a look at all the important prep missions you need to complete for the Aggressive approach and how to do them. you can do all these missions by yourself or with friends. Of course, it will be easier if you have someone to help you
Support Crew
Gunman
Normally, most players would choose to hire an expert level gunman because this approach will be full of actions. That is a big mistake!
Instead, go hire KARL ABOLAJI, who will only charge for a 5% cut.
As for your loadout, the shotgun loadout will be better than the revolver loadout. You will also get an SMG, which you will be using the most.
Driver
You don't have to use the getaway vehicle to escape because you can just get a pedestrian-car. But you still have to choose a driver.
If you don't use the getaway vehicle, choose the driver who demands the least, which is KARIM DENZ.
If you DO use the getaway vehicle, choose SULTAN CLASSIC.
Hacker
This is the most important role in the heist. Hackers will interrupt the system to give you more time to get into the vault before the alarm goes off.
This is why you should spend as much as possible on the hacker. The elite hacker AVI SCHWARTZMAN is the best option if you have unlocked him. Avi will get 10% of the cut and you will have 3:30 minutes in the vault.
The default expert hacker is PAIGE HARRIS, who will get 9% of the final cut and you will have 30:15 minutes. He is a fine option if you don't want to unlock Avi.
Hacking Device
You have to get the hack device from one in two locations, the FIB building or N.O.O.S.E headquarters.
FIB building:
- You will need to get a FIB agent pass to enter the building. You will be asked to go to a location to skill the agents to get the pass and escape from the police.
- Park your car in front of the FIB building so you can run away easily.
- When you are in the building, stay out of sight because the agents and guards might recognize you.
- Use the elevator to go to the upper floor and use your phone to find the device.
- Now get outside of the building. The agents will recognize you once you are near the exit so be prepare.
- Get in your car in front of the building and lose the police to bring the device back to the Arcade.
N.O.O.S.E headquarters
Casino Heist 2 Player Aggressive Play
- You will need to go to Davis City Hall to kill the corrupt agent to take his key card.
- Go to the N.O.O.S.E headquarters and park your car right in front of the building.
- Find the device using your phone while avoiding the sights of the guards.
- When you exit the building you will get 3 stars wanted level and get chased by the police.
GTA 5 Diamond Casino Heist Aggressive General Prep Work
There are 2 mandatory General Prep missions, which are Vault Keycards and Duggan Shipment. You can just skip the rest.
Patrol Routes mission is not mandatory but it will let you see the location of guards during the finale so you should do it as well. It is up to you because you will be pretty much just gun blazing in any way.
Vault Keycards
You will be given one in two missions to get the Vault Keycards. One mission will require you to hijack a prison bus to impersonate a prison guard. In the prison, go to a tower and take out the guards to get the Vault Keycards.
The other missions require you to go to 2 different locations to take down the guard and get the Vault Keycards. One guard is drunk on the street while the other guard will be in a motel. Use a suppressed weapon or a melee weapon to avoid the police.
You can also go rambo into the prison to get the Vault Keycards but it will be super difficult with the snipers inside the prison.
Duggan Shipments
This mission is super important if you choo the Aggressive approach. This mission requires you to destroy 10 shipments across the city. These shipments are quite far away from each other so having a friend to help you will be the best. You only have 10 minutes for this mission so it is quite hard to do if you do it alone.
By completing this mission, the guard in the finale will be really weak with low armor, bad aim, and low health.
Since you will be gunfighting the guards all the way through the Aggressive approach, this mission will make everything much easier.
Patrol Routes (Optional)
The Patrol Routes will show the positions of the guard in the finale, which is more useful for The Big Con approach and the Silent & Sneaky approach. It is still quite useful so it is totally up to you.
This mission requires you to find a specific card and take a picture of what is in the trunk of that car. The location of this car will change every time but it will be the same car model with a gray or black color. You can sneak in or kill all the guards to get to the car, but make sure you don't accidentally destroy it.
GTA 5 Diamond Casino Heist Aggressive Approach Specific Preps
You need to complete all the approach specific prep missions along with the mandatory prep missions. But if you are an experienced player with max armor and health already then you can skip the reinforced armor mission.
Here all the approach specific prep missions you need to complete.
Thermal Charges
This mission is simple. Just go to the location the mission requires, kill the guards and find the Thermal Charges in the warehouse, which is in a wooden crate. Note that there will be a lot of guards there. Bring the Thermal Charges back to the Arcade.
Vault Explosives
This is the hardest prep mission so I recommend having a friend do it with you or otherwise it will take a lot of time. You need to go to Alamo Sea to search the plane wreckage for vault explosives. There will be a lot of Merryweather soldiers there.
You need to get some rebreathers and put them on before starting the mission. Go to the locations and kill all the guards and dive to find the vault explosives. Head back to the Arcade to deliver the vault explosives. Whenever you get the crates, there will be Merryweather helicopters chasing you down so be sure to have a getaway vehicle.
Diamond Casino Heist Aggressive
Boring Machine
You don't have to do this mission but it will make your finale much easier and faster. The Boring Machine mission allows you to get to the casino vault easily by putting explosives on the wall which leads to the vault security lobby are and go to the vault directly.
To get the Boring Machine, you need to go to a construction site. Take out all the construction workers and guards there, which should be easy. Get into the truck with the machine on it and run away. There will be cops chasing you but you can lose them easily by calling Lester.
When you are free, go to the sewer and leave the Boring Machine there.

Final Prep Board
On the Final Prep Board, you need to choose your entrance, exit point, your buyer, clean vehicle, and gunman decoy.
- Entrance: SEWERS
- Exit point: STAFF LOBBY
- Buyer: IT is best to choose a high-level buyer for the most cash.
It is not necessary to pick a clean vehicle, and gunman decoy.
Heist Finale
Casino Heist 2 Player Aggressive Game
Let's start the heist. Head to the sewer tunnels. There is a door in the tunnel which will lead you to the wall to the vault security lobby.
Go through the door and then plant your explosives on the mark on the wall on the mark there. A cutscene will start, in which the wall is blown open, followed by you and your buddy going through it and the debris fall down blocking the way.
Get inside, kill all the guards. It should be easy if you have done the Duggan Shipment prep mission. Just take your time to kill them one by one.
Go to the mantrap entrance and swipe the keycard with your friend to head to the vault. Plant explosives o the vault and use your phone to call the 'Detonate Bomb' contact. Get inside and loot everything as fast as possible. Use the thermal charges to open locked doors.
Leave when the timer hits 30 seconds, no matter what you are doing, and go to the exit. Swipe the keycard with your friend again to open the entrance to the mantrap. When you get to the vault security lobby, there will be a lot of guards. Take them out and head to the elevator to go to the staff lobby floor.
When the elevator opens, there will be a guard standing outside with a shotgun so be prepared to fight immediately. Get out of the elevator, and turns right twice, going toward 2 doors. Kill the guards there and go through the 2 doors. Turn left twice to go to a long hall that leads to the staff lobby.
There will be some guards along the hall. At the end of the hall is a double door that leads directly to the staff lobby. Kill all the guards in the lobby and head for the exit, through the metal detector.
Outside the lobby is a racetrack. Run on the right side of the track to the end, where the racetrack descends down towards your right. Jump over the fence to get out to the street to get a pedestrian car.
The cops will be chasing you. Go to the same sewer tunnels you started and wait until the cops are gone. Keep going through the tunnel to the other end. Once you are outside of the tunnel, make your way to the buyer, but don't go near the casino. When you get to the buyer, the heist ends.
